I want to thank you for taking a moment to visit my website.  I’ve had the privilege of working in the Mortgage Industry for over 28+ years now, having started as a loan officer, working my way up to owning my own company and now adding my years of experience to the Lakeside Mortgage family.  Lakeside has been in business since 1996 and has always striven to assist homebuyers/owners overcome the obstacles that the “Big Banks” continue to put in their way when it comes to home financing.  At Lakeside you will find that we are positioned to help you with the many facets of buying or continued ownership of a home.  With the many investors/banks that we work with it makes it easier to get a YES when it comes to your loan approval (though they still give us an occasional NO too).

Additionally, I have obtained my CRMS (Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist)designation and Lending Integrity Seal, these are National Designations that less than 1% of the loan originators across the country have them.  I must take additional courses each year to keep up with my designations and therefore in almost every case I am more knowledgeable than your local bank loan officer. I help first time buyers achieve their dream, current homeowners to maximize their savings and investors to maximize on their investment opportunities.   Also, I have been a Past President of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals (2009) and have helped to shape the consumer protections that are in place and as a Past President I continue to be involved in the ongoing changes/challenges that affect our industry and more importantly you the consumer.  I also maintain memberships with the State and National Associations to help monitor regulations that may impact you.

Also, my job is not done when your loan closes.  I am available to you for whatever questions/issues you may encounter as a homeowner in the years to come, as I have accumulated many contacts in all facets of home ownership (Click on the “View My Partners” link to the right or the “Recommended Partners” button at the top right to see a few of them, or call me for a more extensive list).
